Q. I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the Internet. Is it safe?

A. Yes, it is. All the stores in the marketplace are equipped with Secure Socket Layers (SSL) - the most advanced security system available - that makes it virtually impossible for someone to steal the information. Most merchants publish their phone number in their stores, so if you are still not convinced that online transactions are safe, you can always give the merchant a call to inform yourself about alternative payment options.

Q. How much will I be charged for shipping?

A. Every store has its own shipping policy, just like in a real shopping marketplace. All merchants in this marketplace have their shipping charges posted in the policy section found in their store. Before buying a product from any store, you will always be informed about what the shipping charges will be.

A. If you put products from more than marketplace retailer in your shopping cart, you have to check out at each store individually.

Q. How do I check the status of an order?

A. Every time you order a product from the marketplace, you are given an order number. By clicking on 'Order Status', either in the marketplace or in the store from which the product was bought, you will be given information about the shipping status of your order. If you have any questions or comments concerning your order, contact the merchant directly. You will find the necessary contact information on the order confirmation that was emailed to you after your order was placed. You can also find this information in the merchant's online store.

Q. I am not happy with the merchandise that I bought. Can I return it?

A. Most stores in the marketplace display their return policies in connection with the products they are offering. You can also contact the stores to find out more. You will find all necessary contact information in the order confirmation message that will be e-mailed to you following any purchase.
