Amadeus Spa uses and carries only well-tested, renowned, professional products. We have searched the world to find them and travel annually to various locations to see what's new and what works!

General Policies

All shipping prices are for products and gift cards. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. No Saturday deliveries. All Next Day orders must be placed by 2:00pm PST.

No orders requiring international shipment will be accepted.

(Gift Cards only) Though sales tax may have been included in the total for gift card purchases, sales tax will not be charged to your credit card.

Order Value  Shipping Charges below .5 lbs .5 lbs and more

For shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii an additional $20.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.

We presently cannot accept orders for shipment outside of: United States.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when shipping to the following states:

Return Policies

Unused products may be exchanged up to thirty (30) days after purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Cash refunds for products will not be given under any circumstances. We will not accept substitutions on services included in packages.
